Clinical Approach
Krista enjoys working with adults, adolescents and children who have been affected by trauma, anxiety or depression. She
is trained to help individuals who are living with grief/loss and is passionate about helping individuals live the life
they hope for. She believes that each individual is unique and as such, works as a team with her clients to integrate
the best approach to help her clients reach their goals. She enjoys incorporating a holistic approach with her clients.
Her additional interests include helping children who have been impacted by trauma
as well as children who are struggling with peers or changes within the family system.
